Days 676-677: Snow!

Snow is like the Halley's Comet of weather. It only comes once a decade or so. But it sure is fun when it does come. We actually got a decent accumulation up at the house this week while we were all gone, and about half of it was gone by the time we arrived, but there was still enough to make a pretty sweet igloo and snow fort with Dad. It has outer walls and a stick fence and tomorrow I'm going to go into the woods and try to capture a wild wolf that I will train to be the lead dog on my sled team. I figure he'll be good and ready by the next time it snows, roundabout 2019 or so.

Days 673-675: More hats

My fascination with many hats is well established by this point. This is "Daddy's hat," a weird one he sometimes wears when it's snowing. I like the way the world looks through the special glasses -- so green! -- but it's a little heavy to wear around for long. This photo is a little out of context since I'm actually at Mama and Papa's in Florida and Dad's in some place called Wales, which I guess is where all those giant fishes live in the winter.

Days 670-672: Aunties!

Had a great weekend with the Aunties, Mary and Angie. Thanks for visiting, guys! I hope you liked our house, and that I didn't get anyone sick. I'm a regular germ factory this winter. Which is weird b/c there hasn't been a winter. I blame all the other kids at playgroup.

Heading home to see Mama and Papa tonight. That should be fun! I promise to (try to) behave on the aypane flight this afternoon.

Days 666-669: TGIF!

TGIF! Isn't that what you people say on Fridays? Or is that only what radio disk jockeys say? Those guys are really annoying. I don't really think Friday is any better than all the other days, but I guess it's not bad when you have a job, whatever that means. The weather is lousy here -- it's cold and rainy -- and a real winter with snow seems like an old time-y idea that has faded away, like typewriters and AOL. I'll try to get some more photos up, or maybe even a video, but now I have to go play with my Aunties Mary and Angie. They flew all the way to Brooklyn in an aypain to see me!

Days 662-665: Elmo Hat!

I have many hats and I love them all. Lately I've been loving this one especially. It also has matching mittens that are just like the hat only without the mohawk. I wore them a lot this weekend up at the house. It even snowed like 2 inches, which is practically a blizzard these days. Of course we went sledding.

Days 656-661: I Know and I'm Sorry!

I hear you. Where is Charlie? That's a good question. The answer is that my personal typist/editor has been very busy talking about Jack Puppy and has therefore neglected me, even though I am cuter. I am okay with this (for now) b/c he tells me this type of work is important in paying for toys and clothes as well as something called "college" that seems sort of pointless if you ask me. To tide you all over, here are some shots from our vacation that I forgot to post. Or maybe I posted them already? In which case, I apologize. My head is sort of scrambled right now!

Day 655: Sharing

Yo Gabba Gabba isn't just a bunch of weird monsters dancing around to indie rock. I mean, that's the best part of it, obviously, but it's also got some nice messages. For instance, sharing. They're very big on sharing. I don't totally embrace the concept, yet, but I'm giving it a try. And how better to show that than to offer my most prized possession -- LAMBY! -- to Baby Edgar for a minute. But only a minute. Or maybe 30 seconds. But it's a start!
